Disable this critter once and for all by following these simple steps:
Right click on your 'Desktop'
Select 'Properties' from the list of options.
The 'Display Properties' window will pop up..
Click on the 'Desktop' tab.
Next click on the 'Customize Desktop' button.
Finally un-check the 'Run Desktop Cleaner every 60 days' box.
Click 'OK' to exit.
