[smiley::D] Hi Donna, thanks for commenting and thanks again for your inspirational Earth Day post.

Class of '77 Tech here - my son actually went to Shortridge (albeit Jr-High at the time.)

Good to know you too have fond memories of IMS - I can think of a lot worse things for a city to be famous for [smiley:;)]

There are so many stories I could tell of my visits to the track (and forrays into the "Snake Pit") but alas the reality would need to be changed to protect the story teller. So like you I will simply say "Ah... those were the days!"
