I was impressed with the idea and execution of this project. It was a great idea for creating a short film. It is obvious to me that the final result is evidence of judicious editing. Matt likely had several seconds per day from which to cull his choice of "The ONE." To me, it was an editors showcase and interesting to watch for the reasons you mention.

You are so right about the "wow factor" - we are all familiar with fast moving clips representing a passage of time. It is just the idea that this is the common man recording the mundane views as he goes about his existence. I think we all could have made this video and packed just as much wow factor into our own version. Food for thought... Look at anyone on the street and imagine a year in the life through their eyes... look at yourself and recall one second from 365, 155, 75 or even seven days ago... ahh the untapped power of the recorded image [smiley::D]

I like your take on the editor within... [smiley:eh]
