The green color with its yellow tint makes me think of antifreeze. I could see why people would wonder what the substance is. It's definitely a clever usage of a color marker for tracing though.

Hmm, your post content makes me think there's an idea somewhere in this for an art project but I don't know what just yet. It's probably the contrast of color that has me thinking of ideas. Thanks for sharing another post that sends me off on one of my project tangents. :D

I posted a link back to this page amidst the conversation on Reddit an had over 25 visitors in the following couple of hours. (a nice little burst of traffic) hopefully some of those clicked your link for "The Hindenburg Principle" while they were here ;-)

I know what you mean about those colors... I defy anyone to come up with a more colorful depiction of industrial effluent without invoking rainbows.
