Welcome to TechNation (India)

TechNation (India) was launched in 2008, to be a completely Free Online Knowledge base (KB) for Computer Technical Support professionals as well as end-users of desktops, laptops & mobile devices using different versions of the MS Windows OS, so that when there is a problem, you can fix it by yourself and save that much time & money.  This free KB contains a collection of fixes for many of the frequently occurring problems any computer user can run into.

Today, TechNation (India) has evolved into an important reference website for many other topics as well – such as, Project Management, Program Management, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, ITIL, OSINT, Cybersecurity, Hacking, SEO and more. A number of sections have been added to provide more detailed information on each of the topics mentioned above.

Now, you do not have to worry about Blue Screen Errors (BSoDs), Virus, Spyware & other related issues or pay a small fortune to get them fixed. Read the instructions provided and fix your computers by yourself, for free! Learn how to resolve common computer problems, speed up (optimize) your old, slow computers and how to protect and secure your valuable files, documents and other data. In fact, you can become a computer technician in no time!

The articles on ITIL & Knowledge Management will help Technical Support Professionals to understand the importance of their roles in the industry and be proud to be a part of it. In these sections, we share some best practices to achieve excellence in IT Service Delivery.

We have also added a new section on Program Management. This is designed to provide an insight into the finer elements of Program Management, in relation to Project Management. We have also provided details on some of the regular daily activities of a Program Manager.

The Interview Questions section will help those who are looking for an entry into the “PC Tech Support” industry as well as those who are planning to move on to better positions from there.

It’s already 2023 now and we’re updating TechNation after a long time. We’re starting with OSINT and we hope you find it useful. Soon, we will be adding a number of articles on cybersecurity, hacking, SEO and more.
